Meet the newest member in our family of Mel Terra Creamed Honeys - Caramel Apple! We made a small batch of these as a nod to the season, combining the tang of organic green apples with the richness of a natural caramel flavor, the exquisite taste of vanilla, and a balance of fine Himalayan salt all added to the base of our delicious honey!

What Is Creamed Honey?

Creamed honey is thick and spreadable — like butter. It's still pure, raw honey just in a different form with no other additives. It has no dairy or actual cream in it. We create the buttery texture by crystallizing the honey with tiny smooth crystals.

About Our Honey

Our honey is made by happy bees here in Hudson, Texas. We plant fields of wildflowers, clover, fruit trees and berries. Combined with local tallow trees and privet these sources give our honey a distinctive and delicious taste! Each step of the process from harvest to bottling is handled at our farm and to the highest standards. We do not pasteurize or filter our honey - only gently strain it so it comes to you in the most natural state.

Mel Terra provides raw, natural honey in its purest form, creamed honey and infused honey with natural or organic flavors, and wax products from the hive. We are a small, family-owned organic farm in East Texas.
